How Does That Work?
Noreta Family Medicine eliminates the red tape of insurance by keeping your care directly between you and your doctor. As a board-certified family physician, Dr. Melissa Boylan will provide the same services you expect from any doctor without the stress of dealing with health insurance. This is our better way.
Adult well physicals:
- Well male exams
- Well woman exam including GYN exams and pap tests
- Pre-operative exams
- Vaccination – Flu, Tetanus, Shingles, and Pneumonia
Well Child exams:
- Birth-18 y.o.
***No vaccines will be administered due to cost, but we do have resources for recommending where to go for these - Sports Physicals
- School physicals
Sick/Urgent Care visits:
- UTI
- Coughs and colds
- Muscle strains
- Strep throat
- Fever
- GYN concerns
- Allergies (non-life threatening)

Chronic Visits:

- $70/month for adults (in office and telemedicine).

Although we DO NOT perform imaging studies here at the practice, we secure the BEST PRICES for our patients!

This is just a sample of the estimated costs. The prices vary according to the body part being studied.
Patients will be referred to imaging facilities for imaging studies.
