Office Hours

Monday-Wednesday: 8-5pm (Lunch: Noon-1:30pm)
Thursday-Friday: 8-noon

Getting in Touch with Noreta/Dr. Boylan

  • Best ways to contact us:

    • Spruce Health App
    • Elation Passport Patient Portal (iOS app available):
    • At your first visit, you’ll receive a text invitation for the Spruce Health App and email invite for the Elation Passport Patient Portal
  • If we don’t answer your call, please leave a message and we will return it promptly.
  • Urgent Concerns (after hours):
    • Contact Dr. Boylan via Spruce Health App or Phone (choose “Urgent message”).
    • Please do not use the Elation Passport portal for urgent issues.
  • Non-urgent issues will be addressed the next business day.

Appointments

  • To check when your next appointment is: Log in to Elation Passport Patient Portal and click on “Clinical Profile”
  • Feel free to reach out if you have medical concerns while travelling

Medication Refills

  • If you pick up your refills at Noreta, please allow 4 days’ notice.
    • More time may be needed if we need to order your medication
  • Please always provide: Medication name, Dose, and Quantity

Test Results

  • You will always be notified of your results, whether normal or abnormal.
    • If you do not hear from us within one week of testing, please call.
  • Dr. Boylan also attaches most results to messages sent to you via the Elation Passport Patient Portal

Billing

  • Membership fees are billed on the 1st of every month.
  • All charges are itemized, and receipts are emailed (if you have opted in).
  • Preferred payment method: Bank draft instead of credit or debit card.
  • You can update your payment method by clicking on the link in your monthly invoice, or by contacting us.
  • There is no term-length contract, but we ask for 30 days’ notice if you decide to leave the practice.
    • Re-enrollment fee: $175 if you wish to rejoin in the future.
  • If you are experiencing financial hardship, please talk to Dr. Boylan so that arrangements can be made for a flexible payment plan.
