In December, I was a guest on the Small Business Radio Show here in Columbia, SC and did my annual “Holiday Health Tips with Dr. Boylan” show with host Tzima Brown. Even though we are already in the new year, and this was meant to be a holiday show, the secret is that these health tips are helpful year-round! Remove the holiday theme, and you will have 8 or so general health tips from your local family medicine doctor (that’s me!) focused on improving your physical and mental health throughout the year. In fact, with how busy the holidays are, it’s best to practice these tips before the holidays come around this year! Tzima and I had a lot of fun with this episode.
